Jordan ran a 5K this morning and took first place in the female division. She is really working hard to get her times down since she started running with the cross country team at the high school.

Congratulations on the 5k Jordan.
What was your time and what is your goal for the 5k? Also, what were the temperature and humidity conditions at racetime?
I ask because my girlfriend (age 49) just ran her first 5k; 91 degrees at race start; about 80 percent humidity; central Arkansas. Oh, her time, 31:50.
